• Has advised various clients on variety of direct tax and regulatory matters.
• Has also assisted many clients in arranging / obtaining finance facility from banks.
• He is acting as Independent Director in various companies and acting as Trustee in various social organization.

CA Saurabh Maheta - B.Com. , F.C.A.

• 10+ years of experience in the profession and has been statutory auditor of listed company
• Has also been statutory and tax auditor of nationalized bank, body corporate claiming special benefits under the Income tax Act
• Has been tax auditor of various corporate and other entities
• Has been auditor of various charitable institutions and housing co operative societies.
